1. Coaching employees since 1998

Equisto is the coaching company that provides multidisciplinary and integral coaching to employers for their

employees since 1998.

Mostly in the Netherlands but also in other countries around the world (online). Our human resource interventions cover the whole range of employee aspects, like: labour market-mobility, absenteeism, improving involvement and performance, management, conflicts, communication and collaboration. 

Some of our specialist areas: special brains like ADHD, ADD, autism, dyslexia and giftedness.

2. Scientific Research since 2010

Since 2010 Equisto participates and invests in scientific research into mental health, ADHD, autism, dyslexia, giftedness. With a focus on the burden of the properties of these special brains as well the strengths.

3. Training in coaching

Equisto is course and training provider. Equisto offers individual professionals as well as volunteers of associations and other organisations in the field of ADHD, ADD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, autism and giftedness training courses in coaching employees.  Especially professionals, like coaches and psychologists who are working with people with special brains.

The course goes through the whole process of a coaching trajectory: intake, detection of special brain features, organising diagnosis and treatment, acceptance, taking responsibility for ones brain properties, insecurity and self image, talking about oneself from strength, presenting your ADHD etc. 

Learn the coachingtools to help employees improve their arsenal of working skills. How to be helping employees who have these special brains to emancipate and get the best out of themselves. Including strategies how to approach employers about this 10% of their employees.

The Equisto training course   “From burden to talent”

From burden to talent Training in how to coach people with ADHD, ADD, autism, giftedness, dyslexia and dyscalculia. This course provides up-to-date state-of-the-art knowledge about ADHD, ADD, dyslexia, etc. This course focuses on specific coaching tools for people with these features. It also trains you how to support employers to see that 10% of their employees with special brains can be of great use to organisations. A final focus is on teaching and coaching employees on how to communicate with their employer, from a perspective of strength instead of disability.

Up-to-date state-of-the-art knowledge about ADHD, ADD, dyslexia, autism and giftedness. This course focuses specifically on:

1) specific coaching tools for people with these brain features 

2) training how to cooperate with employers (companies, local and national governments, learning institutions etc) and to talk to them about the at least 10% of their employees with special brains and how they can be of great use to organisations.

Furthermore focus: on teaching and coaching employees on how to communicate with their employer from strength instead of disability, developing skills and a new perception/attitude about these features in order to raise awareness and influence the discourse in your country about this 10% of the employee population en translation of good practices into the situation in your specific country and the status and needs present.
